Yukiko was a stuffed teddy bear when her ear unfortunately ripped, Maid Mei tried to sew it back on with help form Maid Ophelia, their combined conflicting magics resulted in the bear taking form and becoming Yukiko.
Not so much a grizzly bear, Yukiko is much more of a teddy bear but don't let her catch you saying that.
